(Breaking) Ondo State Governorship Aspirant Abducted

The Ondo State governorship aspirant, under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Victor Olabintan, has been abducted. Making this known in a statement, Secretary of the Olabintan Campaign Organization, Gboyega Ajayi, explained that Olabintan was taken away on his way to Abuja from Akure, the Ondo State capital. He specifically pointed out that the governorship aspirant was kidnapped at Kwali after he was flagged down at a military checkpoint by fake soldiers who turned out to be kidnappers. Olabintan’s abduction came 48 hours after he declared his intention to run for the APC governorship ticket in the state.
