The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared the Bayelsa State governorship election inconclusive.The electoral body, which also nullified the election in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area, reached the decision after observing anomalies such as violence, the abduction of electoral officials and ballot box snatching.
