There is palpable tension in Festac Town, Lagos, as oil thieves engage policemen and other security agencies in gun duel.The exchanged of fire started when police from Area E Command stormed the Festac coastline on 7th Avenue to halt the activities of the oil thieves.Two policemen got wounded in the course of the battle with the oil thieves.
