One of the Supreme Court Justices under investigation for corruption, Justice Sylvester Ngwuta, is currently at the Federal High Court, Abuja, over charges of money laundering levelled against him by the Federal Government.

Recall that the Department of State Services, DSS, had on October 8, arrested Ngwuta alongside other judges over allegation of corruption.The secret police which had allegedly recovered huge deposits of foreign currencies from the judge had arraigned him on a 14-count charge of money laundering. The judge is also alleged to have possessed two diplomatic passports and multiple international passports, contrary to section 10 (1) (c) of the Immigration Act.Details Later”¦
