Court Jails “Yahoo Boy”

An Internet fraudster, popular known as “Yahoo Yahoo”, Adeosun Olanrewaju, has been jailed by Justice Oluwatoyin Ipaye of a Lagos State High Court, Ikeja, over $4,100 Internet Scam.Olanrewaju was pronounced guilty of a two-count charge on possession of fraudulent document and forgery, made against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).The accused pleaded guilty to the two count charge after having a change of mind when he pleaded not guilty.The accused was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment on each of the counts.The convict was docked before the judge for fraudulently duping a foreigner to the tune of $4,100 (Four Thousand, One hundred United States Dollars) in an inheritance scam.mfvkvfm1246
