The Federal Government through the Minister of Interior, Retired Lt.-Gen Abdulrahman Dambazau, has declared Monday, Dec.12th a public Holiday.The Holiday which was declared by the Minister on Thursday in Abuja, has been set aside to commemorate the birth of Prophet Mohammed.The Minister in a statement signed by the Ministry’s Secretary, Alhaji Muhammadu Maccido, admonished Nigerians and all Muslims to assist the Presidency in its effort to build a stronger and united Nigeria, urging all to take advantage of the day to pray for a better and peaceful Nigeria.Dambazau finally called on Nigerians to support President Buhari in executing all commendable programmes for the advancement of Nigeria.
