The Nigerian Air Force Training Command Headquarters in Kaduna, on Friday made an announcement about its preparation to embark on a field exercise.It therefore gave an advice to residents around the command not to panic.Making this known, spokesperson for the unit, Sqr. Ldr Chris Erundo, explained that the exercise was to ensure effective defence of the airfield and eventual protection of critical assets which would last from Jan. 25 to Jan. 28.He added that, “The exercise is Nigerian Air Force and the British Military Advisory Training.“It will feature among other routine activities, the movement of armed troops and the use of local roads within and around the Kaduna International Airport.“We advise the public to go about their normal businesses and not to panic at sighting the movement of the armed troops within and around the International Airport during the exercise.”
