The Nigerian Meteorological agency (NIMET) yesterday placed an alert on impending dust outbreak in some parts of the country especially the North-East zones in the next two days.
The agency in a statement cautioned Nigerians to stay alert and be prepared for the dust outbreak in the country. The statement also said that the impending dust would lead to a colder and drier atmosphere and also an increase in cases of respiratory disorders.The agency however assured of its continuous monitoring and regular updates of the condition to the public.
