Judge Rules Enough Evidence For Kouri Richins Case To Head To Trial

Kouri Richins, the Utah widow accused of killing her husband with a fentanyl overdose and later writing a children’s book about grief, has been ordered to stand trial on murder and other charges by Utah District Court Judge Richard Mrazik on Tuesday, 27th of August, 2024.

Judge Richard Mrazik issued his ruling Tuesday afternoon, ordering that Richins be bound over on all charges, including homicide, attempted homicide, forgery and fraud.
