Kogi Poll: Kogi Governor, Bello Floors Wada at Tribunal

The Kogi State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Abuja, presided over by Justice Hamima Mohammed on Tuesday held that the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate in the November 21 and December 2015 governorship election ”Žin the state, Idris Wada, lacked the locus standi to question the nomination of the incumbent governor of the state, Yahaya Bello of the All Progressives Congress. The tribunal, therefore, upheld the preliminary of objection filed by Bello, his party and the Independent National Electoral Commission.
