Members of the Kogi State House of Assembly, on Thursday effected the removal of the Speaker, Momoh Jimoh over allegations of financial recklessness and misconduct. The sack of Jimoh was signed by 17 of the 25-member House. Meanwhile, House member representing Ogori/Magongo Constituency in the State House of Assembly, Godwin Osiyi has been elected as the new Speaker.
