Chairman, Senate Committee on Banking, Insurance and Other Financial Institutions, Senator Rafiu Ibrahim, has assured Nigerians that despite the current economic hardship, the All Progressives Congress, APC, government will deliver on its electoral promises to the masses before the end of the four-year tenure.The senator called on Christians to use the period to intercede in prayers for the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari so as to be able to actualise plans for the nation.Ibrahim, who represents Kwara South senatorial district at the Senate, spoke at Osi, the headquarters of Ekiti Local Government Area of Kwara State during the special Easter prayers session organised by the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, to mark this year’s Easter celebration, sponsored by the Senator.He used the occasion to reiterate that the monetary policies of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, had the potential of leading the country out of recession.
