The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 341 new cases of COVID-19 in the country bringing the total to 155,417. Three new deaths were recorded while there were 785 recoveries. Lagos State is reported to have topped the list.
The 341 new cases are reported from 21 states- Lagos (96), Rivers (41), Kaduna (33), Edo (21), Osun (20), Akwa Ibom (17), FCT (17), Ondo (15), Gombe (11), Kano (11), Imo (10), Ekiti (9), Kebbi (9), Kwara (8), Oyo (8), Borno (6), Enugu (3), Plateau (3), Delta (1), Niger (1) and Ogun (1).
The breakdown of the NCDC tweet shows that the 341 cases were from 21 different states. Lagos State recorded the highest number of cases with a total of 96 cases. Rivers State followed with 41 cases while Kaduna State had 33 cases. Find the breakdown in the picture below.

According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), all the thirty-six (36) states in Nigeria including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have so far recorded cases of COVID-19. Also, Lagos State still holds the record for most cases in Nigeria.
So far, 155,417 cases have been confirmed, 133,329 cases have been discharged and 1905 deaths have been recorded.
