“It’s 90 per cent certain,” he is quoted as telling SporTV. “It just depends on a few bureaucratic details.”Oscar has won the Premier League, the Europa League and the EFL Cup since joining Chelsea from Internacional back in 2012.The attacking midfielder was a key part of former boss Jose Mourinho’s plans, particularly during their title-winning campaign of 2014-15, but he has found his opportunities limited under Antonio Conte. Why Diego Costa drinks beer after matchesOscar started all five of Chelsea’s opening Premier League games this season but has been restricted to just four substitute appearances since September, with Conte having revitalised his side’s form during that time by using a 3-4-3 system. He is expected to become the most expensive signing in CSL history, with his transfer fee anticipated to eclipse the reported €55.8m paid by Shanghai to sign compatriot Hulk from Zenit in June.Inter Milan had been strongly linked with a bid for Oscar last summer and, following the close of the summer transfer window, Conte expressed his delight that the player remained part of his plans.“Yes, absolutely,” said Conte when asked how pleased he was to have retained Oscar’s services ahead of his side’s clash against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge, which was his last Premier League start.’China bound to tempt Messi & Ronaldo’“There are many speculations from Italy, of course, but I’m very glad to have him and that he stayed. He’s in my plans, in Chelsea’s plans.”Ahead of last month’s game at Middlesbrough, where Oscar featured as a late substitute, Conte also reiterated that the South American’s future was with Chelsea.“His future is Chelsea, full stop,” he said.“For me he is an important player in the squad. He’s in good form and a great player.” Speculation has recently linked Inter with a fresh move for Oscar, with Juventus and Fenerbahce also rumoured to be interested, but it appears the money being offered by Shanghai has persuaded Chelsea to cash in.Source: http://www.goal.com/en-ng/news/4102/transfer-zone/2016/12/14/30479132/oscar-confirms-shanghai-sipg-move-is-90-per-cent-done?ICID=HP_HN_1
