President sends delegation on condolence visit to Borno State –Adesina

The Nigerian government has dispatched a high powered delegation to Borno State, North-East Nigeria, to condole with the government and people of the State over Tuesday’s accidental bombing of a section of the State.

Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina disclosed this via his tweeter handle.Adesina said the delegation comprised of the Chief of Staff to the President, Mr Abba Kyari, Service Chiefs and the Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed as well as his Defence Counterpart, Brigadier General Mansur Dan-Ali (Retired.)President Buhari had on Tuesday in a message, condoled with the families of those who lost their lives in the unfortunate incident, when a fighter jet mistakenly bombed a civilian community in Borno State, in the final phase of mopping up insurgents in the North-East.
