Wizkid cancels December and January shows on health grounds

Popular Nigerian musical artiste, Wizkid has cancelled all his scheduled December and January 2017 shows. The musician made this announcement via Twitter saying he was acting on doctor’s orders. He however promised the release of a new music before the end of the year and to be back and better.

The artiste had an exciting music career this year as he bagged several awards which include ”˜Artist of the Year’ and ”˜Best Collaboration Act of Africa’ at the 2016 MTV MAMAs. He also emerged as 2016 ”˜Best African Act’ at the MOBO awards in London. He also bagged the ”˜Artiste of the Year’ at the third edition of AFRIMA and just recently received a Grammy nomination courtesy of Drake’s 2016 album ”˜Views’ which was nominated for Best Album.
