President Muhammadu Buhari who departed Nigeria for London Sunday night for what he called follow-up medical consultation with his doctors put his house in order byÂ saying that the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo would Â take charge in his absence, trusting him to see that Government continued to function smoothly and efficiently.Recall the president only just returned from a similar trip in March.
