Super Eagles midfielder, John Mikel Obi has been named the captain of the Super Eagles.The announcement was made at the team’s press conference on Thursday ahead of its Nation’s Cup qualifier against Egypt in Kaduna this weekend.Ahmed Musa, former captain of the team made the development public. Chief coach of the team, Samson Siasia was also in attendance.Obi in his reaction, said, “Thanks to Musa and the Team. It will be a new Super Eagles with a new approach.”
