Bring Buhari’s Certificate, Group Urges Defence Minister

The Centre for Human Rights and Social Justice (CHRSJ), has requested that the Minister of Defence, Monsur Dan-Ali, together with the Nigerian Army, should work towards publishing the Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) of President Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) which generated controversy during the presidential election.It would be recalled that Buhari had insisted that his original certificate was with the authority of the Nigeria Army.The group in a statement issued by its Executive Director, Adeniyi Sulaiman, argued that it would amount to blatant hypocrisy if the president fails to order the authority of the Nigerian Army to release his original SSCE.
