Court to Hear IPOB’s Suit Against FG June 21

 An Abuja Federal High Court, presided over by Justice Binta Nyako has slated June 21 as the day to commence hearing into the N8.5 billion suit filed by the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, against the Federal Government of Nigeria. The group is asking the court to award damages and compensation for deceased and injured members it claimed were “wickedly and brutally killed by combined forces of the Nigerian Army, the Department of State Services, DSS, and the Nigerian Police.
