  1. Banana does a great deal of work. We recommend the consumption of enough banana. Sometimes, sexual intercourse could result in muscle seizure, which of course, is a side effect of sex. Drink water in addition to the banana to forestall any such occurrence. Studies also show that banana is a ready source of the enzyme, Bromelain, which enhances men’s libido. It is also a potent source of vitamin B, ribloflavin, responsible for producing sex hormone, testosterone.
  2. Not many men wash their penis after sexual intercourse, which is not good. Washing up helps prevent exposure to infection. The use of soap and water is recommended by experts, especially for the uncircumcised male. Penis hygiene can help prevent infections, swelling or reddishness of the penis and phimosis (congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted) and lastly, tumours.
  3. Imbibe the habit of taking water. It helps the dissolution of toxins which are later removed in form of sweat and urine. By the way, water serves as refreshment to your body, and supplies the blood with enough liquid to make the stream flow freely to all body parts.
  4. Taking a brief rest is a must for men’s sexual health. And this is achieved by the release of the hormone, vasopressin, in the brain, which makes the body undergo homeostasis.
  5. Nutritionists have confirmed that eating chia seeds is a sure bet for generating sufficient energy, and when other nutrients are involved, the best experience is inevitable. Consuming chia, sesame and pumpkin seeds all benefit the body for stamina.
