The mediating team of the Economic Community of West African States ECOWAS comprising of selected Heads of Governments will today meet at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The meeting is aimed at continuing deliberations on the political logjam Gambia.The meeting is scheduled to start at 11:00 GMT.ECOWAS is working hard to persuade Gambian President, Yaya Jameh to handover peacefully to Presidenr-Elect, Adama Barrow on January 19.More details shortly.
