- Cut Up the Ingredients
- Prepare Your Wok Space
- Heat the Wok
- Pull Wok off the Heat and Add Oil, Then Stir-Fry Aromatics
- Add the Carrots and Stir-Fry
- Add the Corn and Peas and Stir-Fry
- Add 1 More Tablespoon Oil
- Add the Rice and Scallions, onions and Stir-Fry for 2 Minutes
- Season the Rice
- Add the Sauce
- Finish the Rice
