The 18-year-old actor was joined by his model girlfriend, Sarah Snyder, 21 as he was named one of Hollywood’s young up and comers at the Variety Power of Young Hollywood Event in LA on Tuesday. They packed on the PDA as the cameras snapped away. Jaden who is popular for his eccentric style did not disappoint with a colourful floral coat which captured attention.
