Kogi Gets Deputy Governor

A new Deputy Governor has been appointed in Kogi State; He is Simon Achuba. His appointment came sequel to his confirmation by the state House of Assembly. Until his appointment, Achuba was a former two-time member of the Kogi House of Assembly. He was unanimously confirmed by members of the house, consequent upon a motion for his confirmation by Sunday Shugaba (Bassa). It was seconded Friday Sani (Igalaneka/Odolu).
