At the International Conference on Ethics, Governance and Higher Education (EGHE) 2016 at the University of Nigeria, (UNN) Nsukka, experts from Kenya, United Kingdom, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Congo, Sudan amongst others said that transparency in admission, teachings and admission were some of the requirements used to judge best universities globally. Therefore, Nigerian universities must instil discipline and character in its students for them to compete globally.Vice Chancellor of UNN, Benjamin Ozumba noted that with the new aim of the federal government on ethical transformation, educational institutions will follow suit in such trends.
