The Lagos State governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, has revealed that his government has perfected plans to create Children Day Care Centres across the state. This step, according to the governor, is to forestall activities of child kidnappers who penetrate families disguising as caregivers. The governor spoke through the State’s Commissioner for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Mrs. Lola Akande,”Ž at a fact finding session with professional women associations in the state. She said the first of its kind will be established at Alausa Secretariat and Oba Akinjobi Way, Ikej
