LAUTECH Graduates 105 First Class Students

 The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) will graduate 105 first class degree students and 112 from its doctorate degree programme, during its 13th Convocation ceremony in Ogbomoso, today Friday, April 22. The ceremony which holds from April 15 to 23 will include graduates from 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 sessions. The institution’s Vice-Chancellor, Prof Adeniyi Gbadegesin confirmed this while speaking at a news conference in Ogbomoso on Thursday, April 21.He said that 50 of the 105 first class graduates are from the 2013/2014 session while the remaining 55 are from the 2014/2015 session. ”˜Mr Olufemi Ige, with a CGPA of 4.85 from the Mathematics Department emerged the best student in the 2013/2014 session. ”˜Miss Saidat Sanni of the Statistics Department emerged the best in the 2014/2015 session with a CGPA of 4.88 and the overall best student of the two sets,’ he said.
