By James Hughes
Smart people usually struggle with submission to authorities and can be overtly or covertly rebellious;
Smart people like shortcuts and don’t like to follow long-arduous processes;
Smart people can easily get distracted or carried away by other seemingly more juicy options;
Smart people don’t have the patience for protocols or fundamental principles because they are quick in operation;
Smart people can be prideful about their skill or the value they bring to the table;
Smart people can be childlike in their crave for attention or recognition and then become petulant or uncooperative when they don’t get it;
Smart people can be overambitious because they believe they deserve better or can get more;
Smart people can be restless and thereby unsettle the system where they are or those close to them, e.g., family, colleagues, friends, associates, etc to disastrous effects;
Smart people usually try to beat the system for own selfish ends;
Smart people usually think, “They/he/she won’t know…”;
Because of their obvious hubris, which they may not be aware is common knowledge to others, smart peoplecan irritate and thereby alienate their potential benefactors;
