The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Chief Bola Tinubu, has flagged off the car hire services scheme in Kaduna with two hundred brand new Peugeot and Kia Cars at a ceremony at the Murtala Muhammad Square.Chief Tinubu, who was invited by the governor of the state, Mallam El-Rufai, commended the efforts of the governor and applauded the initiative.
