Court Throws Out Saraki’s Suit to Stop Trial

Justice Ibrahim Buba of a Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos on Friday threw out the intention of Senate President, Bukola Saraki to truncate his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT).The judge declared that his court lacked the jurisdiction to hear the application.
