Most people do not just believe in the opportunities.“This is why our mentality about this country has to change. You don’t hear Americans talking just anyhow about their country. They call it ”˜God’s own country’ no matter what. We might have been plagued with bad leaderships across our national history, but that is not enough to talk Nigeria down.“Government will need to look critically into the issue of multiple taxations. All of us grapple with the issue of multiple taxations and infrastructural deficits. Many SMEs are struggling; so government should not kill them. SMEs need capacity building training to thrive, not just money. They need quality training to make them run professionally and profitably.”Speaking further on some of the malaises that plague our society, the entrepreneur noted that one of the major challenges with average Nigerian workers is that they settle for mediocrity, adding that he does not celebrate mediocrity. “In this company [The Ready Writers Consult], we place much emphasis on excellence.”
