The founder, Centre for Values in Leadership, CVL, Professor Pat Utomi, has condemned what he termed the level of decline in quality leadership in Nigeria as well as across the globe. He also said Nigeria lacks think-tanks, thought leadership for development. Speaking at the 33rd Centre for Values In Leadership’s Leader Without Title, LWT, Leadership Colloquium in honour of His Majesty Igwe Nnaemeka Alfred Achebe, the Obi of Onitsha as part of activities to mark his 75th birthday with the title, ”˜Modern Traditional Leaders as Development Catalysts,’ Utomi said, “One of the objectives of CVL is to raise the level of thought leadership today. Around the world, one of the most important things is to have thought leaders.”
