In an unprecedented turn of events, former US President and candidate in the upcoming presidential elections in the United States of America, Donald Trump has been found guilty of all 34 felony counts of falsifying business records related to a hush-money payment made to an adult film star.In his first comments on the verdict, Trump says he “didn’t do a thing wrong”.“I’m a very innocent man, and it’s OK – I’m fighting for our country, I’m fighting for our constitution,” he said as he left the courtroom in New York, as reported by the Al Jazeera.This court decision makes Donald Trump the first U.S. president to be declared a felon.Trump’s Hush money trial had generated a lot of interest in the build up to the US Presidential election scheduled to hold later this year.
