The former Super Eagles captain, Joseph Yobo has been appointed as Senior Special Assistant, SSA, on Sports Development to the Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike. Besides, Wike equally appointed Chibuzor Aholu as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Financial Matters. According to a statement signed by the Special Assistant to the Rivers State Governor on Electronic Media, Simeon Nwakaudu, both appointments are with immediate effect.
