BREAKING: Tribunal Throws Out Ladoja’s Petition against Ajimobi

The Oyo State Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Ibadan, presided over by Justice Mohammed Mayaki, on Tuesday dismissed the petition instituted by the governorship candidate of Accord Party (AP), Rashidi Ladoja against the election of Governor Abiola Ajimobi of the All Progressives Congress (APC).The tribunal in its unanimous judgment held that Ladoja and his party woefully failed to prove their allegations of rigging, electoral malpractices, violence and non-compliance with the Electoral Act among others, beyond reasonable doubt.
