Dead Police Officer Dismissed

A killer mobile policeman, late Stephen James, attached to Mopol 22, Oduduwa, GRA, Ikeja, was on Tuesday sent away by the Lagos State Police Command.The late police officer had shot dead three innocent persons ”“ a set of twin brothers, Taiwo and Kehinde Oyesunle, together with their friend known as Jeje ”“ outside the premises of Paulson Hotel on Anibaba Street in Ketu Alapere area of Lagos.The Lagos state police command, through its Provost Department, found late James guilty of abandoning his primary duty post, First Bank of Nigeria PLC, Alapere Branch.Sergeant James was said to have left his place of primary responsibility and headed for a beer parlour to solicit free beer.Trouble started when the late policeman with Force number 217884, threatened to shoot customers if they failed to buy him a drink.James was however said to have become offended, when the victims, Taiwo, Kehinde and Jeje cautioned him.Information has it that he thereafter laid ambush and killed the trio as they stepped outside the hotel premises where they had gone to celebrate Jeje’s birthday.But when he came to the realisation of the consequences of his action, he reportedly shot himself in the chest.
