Apply Dignity, Integrity to Sensitive Cases, Enugu Governor Tells New Customary Court of Appeal President

Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, on Wednesday charged the new Acting President of the Enugu State Customary Court of Appeal, Justice George Nnamani, to apply dignity, integrity and total commitment to sensitive cases, alongside other cases that will be brought before him.Speaking after Justice Nnamani’s swearing-in ceremony which took place at Government House, Enugu, the governor stated that the exercise was in accordance with the provisions of Section 281 (5) of the 1999 Constitution of Nigeria as amended so as not to create a vacuum in that office.
